Managers who have relocated to the Ruhr region but not yet found permanent accommodation, consultants, lecturers, technicians and engineers on short-term contracts, young professionals starting their first job and still on probation, but also actors, singers and other artists working here temporarily all feel at home in our comfortable apartments.
Corporate rentals
Lots of companies often have visitors, so it sometimes makes sense to rent an apartment. It is financially worthwhile and it also prevents unpleasant surprises, for example when important business associates suddenly turn up for trade fairs and hotels are fully booked.
